Whalley Soccer Club is now accepting registrations for the 2010 fall season which starts in September.

Registration forms are available at Soccerplus  Store located inside Central City Mall, Surrey.

Please read the entire form carefully before registering.

2010/2011 Fall Registration Fees:

MINI               U7 (2004), U8 (2003), U9 (2002), U10 (2001)              All Levels               $185

DIVISIONAL  U11 (2000), U12 (1999), U13 (1998), U14 (1997)       House & Bronze    $245

                       U15 (1996), U16 (1995), U17 (1994), U18 (1993)      Gold & Silver          $260

* $25 Late Fee after May 31st

The club does not currently have online registration system and the registration form cannot be completed on downloaded form.

Payments can be made by cheque or draft/money order payable to Whalley Soccer Club.

There is a $25 fee for all NSF cheques. NSF cheques must be replaced with either cash or cheque within 7 days of notification by the club or registration will be cancelled and the player may be removed from his or her team.

Registrations can be mailed to the address on the form.

Refunds

Refunds are given according to the WSC refund policy only. All refund requests must be received in writing by September 1st.
